I tuoi diritti

What stays on your computer

Shows, imported files, automatic copies and device settings (audio interfaces, screens, DMX interfaces) stay in your computer’s browser. You can remove them by deleting the show or the site data in the browser. Camera, microphone, screen, USB and MIDI access requests come from the browser and the data never leaves the computer: the microphone is used only to read audio interface names or to read timecode.

Who processes data with us

When you download the Open Fixture Library or the built-in converter, the browser fetches them from GitHub and jsDelivr, which receive your IP address as with any website.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your data in a file, or object to processing. From the app you can download your data and delete your account at any time (the subscription ends immediately). For anything else write to privacy@hopholm.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
