Il servizio

Regia è un programma per guidare spettacoli che funziona nel browser, offerto da HopHolm. Per usarlo entri con un account Google. Senza abbonamento puoi creare e provare spettacoli nell’anteprima; con Regia Pro usi anche le uscite verso proiettori, schede audio, luci, comandi e telefono.

Regia Pro

• Costa 29,90 € al mese, IVA inclusa, con rinnovo automatico ogni mese.
• Paghi con Stripe. Disdici quando vuoi dal portale clienti: l’abbonamento resta attivo fino alla fine del mese già pagato e non si rinnova.
• Se elimini l’account, l’abbonamento si chiude subito.
• Per i consumatori: chiedendo l’attivazione immediata accetti che il servizio parta subito; il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni si perde per la parte già usata, come prevede il Codice del consumo (art. 59).

I tuoi spettacoli e i tuoi file

Restano tuoi e restano sul tuo computer. Sei tu responsabile di avere i diritti per usare musica, video, immagini e testi che importi e mostri in pubblico (per esempio i permessi SIAE).

Uso in scena

Regia è pensata per funzionare in modo affidabile, anche senza rete. Come per qualsiasi programma, prova lo spettacolo prima di andare in scena e usa il controllo prima dello spettacolo. Non rispondiamo dei danni dovuti a interruzioni di corrente, guasti del computer o dei dispositivi collegati, impostazioni sbagliate o file mancanti.

Uso corretto

Non usare Regia per attività illegali, per comandare apparecchi in modo pericoloso per le persone o per aggirare i limiti del servizio. Possiamo sospendere gli account che lo fanno.

The service

Regia is show control software that runs in the browser, provided by HopHolm. You sign in with a Google account. Without a subscription you can create and preview shows; with Regia Pro you also use the outputs to projectors, audio interfaces, lights, commands and phones.

Regia Pro

• It costs €29.90 per month, VAT included, renewing automatically each month.
• You pay with Stripe. Cancel anytime from the customer portal: the subscription stays active until the end of the month already paid and does not renew.
• If you delete your account, the subscription ends immediately.
• For consumers: by asking for immediate activation you agree that the service starts right away; the 14-day withdrawal right is lost for the part already used, as provided by Italian consumer law (art. 59).

Your shows and files

They remain yours and stay on your computer. You are responsible for holding the rights to use the music, video, images and text you import and show in public (for example performing rights licences).

Live use

Regia is designed to run reliably, even offline. As with any software, rehearse your show before going live and use the pre-show check. We are not liable for damage caused by power cuts, failures of the computer or connected devices, wrong settings or missing files.

Fair use

Do not use Regia for illegal activities, to drive equipment in ways that endanger people, or to get around the service limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
