RegiaAccount and subscription
Your account
You sign in with your Google account: Regia receives only your name, email and profile picture. Shows and files stay on your computer; only the subscription and, if you use it, the online copy of your show structures go online.
The account menu is the circle with your initial at the top right. From there you choose the Language (Italian or English), manage the subscription, download your data and sign out.
Without a subscription
You can use Regia for free to prepare everything:
- create shows, cues, timeline and cart;
- import and convert files in any format;
- program lights, effects and looks, and see them on the plot and in the DMX monitor;
- prepare stage, outputs and mapping, and see them in the preview;
- try everything with the computer speakers;
- use surtitles, script, notes and the guide.
Regia Pro: €29.90 a month
Regia Pro is for going live and unlocks the connections to the outside world:

The price is €29.90 a month, VAT included. When a feature needs Pro, Regia tells you and shows what the subscription includes.
Subscribing
- Press Go Pro at the top, or open the account menu.
- Press Subscribe: €29.90 per month: Stripe's secure payment page opens.
- Pay by card or with the other methods the page offers. Back in Regia, the subscription is active.
Invoices, card, cancelling
From the account menu press Manage subscription and invoices: Stripe's customer portal opens, where you download invoices, change your card and cancel. After cancelling, Regia Pro stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
Offline
Regia checks the subscription when online. Without internet it uses the last verified status for 14 days: a performance in a venue with no connection does not lock you out. When the connection returns, Regia checks again by itself.
Your data
- Download your data saves a file with everything Regia's server knows about you: account, subscription, online backups.
- Delete account cancels the subscription now and deletes your account and online backups. Shows and files on the computer stay. Type ELIMINA to confirm.
